First drawings I ever posted! I used to draw the back of the Guy Harvey shirts in middle school

First ever portrait I did! It was no where near perfect but I was really happy that I could do something like this. At this point I knew I could really turn my art into something awesome!

Dabbled a little bit in pen, slowly learning how to shade.

Second ever portrait, much better with the proportions on this one! Alex is learning :)

By the end of this year I was a little more comfortable with proportions and decided to venture out into charcoal! I learned that it is messy.

Getting a lot better with shading! I got really fed up with this one, I am not a very patient person when it comes to repetitive patterns

First time I ever drew a female and it was tough! I was so used to drawing wrinkles and making it a little rough but doing this really was tough

I always enjoyed drawing big cats but this was the first one that I had ever drawn that was more on the realistic side!

THIS took me so long but I was so proud of how it turned out! I learned so much doing this drawing.

Redemption! Decided to go back and draw Walter White after completing the Davy Jones drawing to see how I improved and it was so cool to see how much I had grown.

While learning how to draw realistic portraits in pencil, I got some prismacolor markers and started drawing Disney characters.

Learned about the magic of the white ballpoint pen! Best thing ever

Really starting to figure out shading with these markers

First time drawing metal! Really loved how this turned out.

Started dabbling with my style with these markers, these were fun to draw.

Drew a zebra after the giraffe because the giraffe was actually pretty popular! Also I loved the whiskers.

First time ever taking an art class! I only took it because I needed the credits to stay on the equestrian team for school lol Worked with grey paper and it was so fun!

This was a homework assignment and I love love LOVE how it turned out

Drew this in class working on black paper. I love drawing dramatic lighting and skeletons

First time painting in watercolor and there was definitely a learning curve!

I didn’t do watercolor for long but I did enjoy doing it!

Learning more and more about color! Skin tones are really tough.

Learned that grey is a color I should use more lol

Applying what I learned on the Disney drawings to portrait pictures! I learned that I could probably start doing this professionally!
