What is the turnaround time?

4-6 weeks. If you need it in less time than that, there is a rush fee you can purchase so you can get your portrait on time!

Do I have to commission you in markers?

Nope! I can do just about anything. Watercolors, pencil, charcoal, oil pastels, you name it and I can do it. It might be a tad more expensive since I might not have all the necessary materials. If you need to see other examples of different mediums feel free to email me and I’ll send you everything I’ve done in that medium!

What if I’m not happy with how the drawing turned out?

I always make sure you are 100% happy with the drawing before I send it out! I will send you a picture of the final copy and if there’s anything that looks off or that you want me to add, I can fix it to make sure you are happy with it.

What if my drawing got damaged during shipping?

If it got damaged during shipping, send me a picture of the damage. I can send you a high quality print free of charge!

What if I don’t have a good reference picture?

Google images will be our BEST friend! We can look for pictures that look similar to the pet and use the photo as a reference for markings.
